GAME SIX: The No. 1 Tritons of UC San Diego grabbed thier second consecutive NCAA West Region title, pulling a thirlling 9-4 victory over the Sea Warriors of Hawai'i Pacific University to close out the 2010 NCAA West Region Tournament.
Hurling a complete-game, Guido Knudson fanned five batters and scattered only seven hits in the decision while Evan Kehoe was key at the dish, in his only hit Kehoe slapped a 2RBI triple to later score.

GAME FIVE: The Hawai'i Pacific Sea Warriors advanced to the championship game of the NCAA West Regional as Bas Nooij blasted a 3RBI homer in the eighth frame to power a four-run comeback over No. 24 Cal State Dominguez Hills to eliminate the Toros from the tournament.
Taking the decision on the hill, Danny March threw 3.0 frames while allowing no hits and fanning four batters to improve his record to 7-0.
The Sea Warriors will now take on the No. 1 Tritons of UC San Diego in the championship game today at 4:00pm.

MAY 14:
GAME FOUR: Down 3-2 for six straight frames, the No. 24 Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros pulled a ninth-inning, one run rally before the No. 1 UC San Diego Tritons came back with the bases loaded in the bottom of the night to pull out a 4-3 win.
Grabbing the game-winning RBI, Brandon Gregorich took a plunk in his feet with the bases loaded to bring across his second RBI of the day, all way going 0-for-2 at the dish.
The Toros (41-19) will now face the Hawai'i Pacific Sea Warriors in the tournament's second elimination contest tomorrow at 12 noon with the Tritons (50-7) facing the winner of that contest in the tournament's championship game at 4:00pm.

GAME THREE: The Sea Warriors of Hawai'i Pacific University grabbed their first ever program win in the NCAA post season in a 11-3 decision over the No. 3 Wildcats of Chico State to open day two of the NCAA West Region Tournament.
Toby Inouye hurled a complete-game, eight hit effort while fanning three batters to grab his eighth win of the season.
The Sea Warriors (38-11) will now face the loser of today's nightcap tomorrow at 12 noon while the Wildcats will see their 2010 season come to an end on an 35-20 mark.

MAY 13:
GAME TWO: Fueled by a 2RBI home run from Andrew Baslow, the No. 24 Toros of Cal State Dominguez Hills bested the No. 30 Wildcats of Chico State in an 11-4 decision to close out day one of the 2010 NCAA West Region Tournament.
Hurling 7.2 innings, Toro starter Kody Kurowski went 7.2 frames with four Ks while 'Cats starter Michael Gleason took the loss after six frame and three Ks.
The Toros (41-18) will now face No. 1 UC San Diego in tomorrow's nightcap at 6:00pm while the Wildcats (35-19) will take on Hawai'i Pacific at 2:00pm.

GAME ONE: The No. 1 Tritons of UC San Diego dealt the Sea Warriors of Hawai'i Pacific University a 12-0 loss behind the pitching of UCSD starter Tim Shubuya who hurled an eight-inning, five hit shutout effort. Leading the bats was Kellen Lee, going 2-of-3 he brought in four runs for the Tritons while scoring once himself.
The Tritons (49-7) will now play CSUDH tomorrow at 6:00pm while the Sea Warriors (37-11) will play CSUC tomorrow at 2:00pm in the tournament's first elimination contest.

MAY 9:
The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has spoken and for the first time ever the NCAA West Region Tournament will be hosted by California State University, Dominguez Hills at the MLB's Urban youth Academy in Compton, California.
The California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) will be represented well as the top three teams in the tournament all hail from California, led by No. 1 seed and 2010 CCAA Baseball Tournament Champion UC San Diego (48-7). After nabbing the runner-up position in the CCAA Baseball Tournament Cal State Dominguez Hills (40-18) grabs the No. 2 seed while Chico State (35-18) rounds out the top-three.
After a 37-10 run through the Pacific West Conference, Hawai'i Pacific University clocks in as the No. 4 seed, riding a nine-game win-streak into regional play.
